Architectural Woodturning has been a specialty of ours for many years. We do very fine quality lathe work in a vast range of lengths and diameters.
We typically are called upon to produce pieces which have detail above and beyond what is commonly found. |
Clients have included designers, suppliers of architectural millwork, builders, cabinet makers, and antique restorers.
Owners of historic and older homes have also found this service valuable for replacing out of production or otherwise unique decorative elements. |

This is a big, old, beautiful house in an historic neighborhood in Nashville. It's been completely renovated in the last few years with the owner bringing it back to its original ornament as faithfully as he could. The original porch had been taken off and was long gone. However, he did find an old grainy picture from many years ago that showed what it used to look like. It was difficult to make out but this is pretty close. We made the massive porch posts, the balusters at the floor level, and the saucer turnings in the overhead gallery. We hear they're doing a fancy final paint job on it. When they're finished we're going back for more pictures. |
